In early 2009, the goal was set that X5 be certified to the stringent ISO9001/AS9100 Quality Standards by Jan. 2010.

On 11 Jan. 2010, after 6 months of rigorous preparation, X5 has met that goal, passing the initial Quality audit and becoming certified to the ISO 9001/AS9100 aerospace Quality standards by QMI-SAI Global.
